Our old boiler finally gave up in January. Jory came out the same afternoon, gave us a fixed price for a new combi and had it fitted two days later. Spotless job, and he showed us how to use the new controls before he left. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Pipe burst under the kitchen sink at 11pm. Answered first ring and was here within the hour. Lifesaver!

About us
A family business you can trust in your home
Kernow Flow was started 15 years ago by Jory, a Truro lad who's been fixing pipes since he was an apprentice at 16. Today it's still a small family team: Jory and two engineers on the tools, with his sister Tamsin answering the phones and keeping the diary running.
We've built our business on word of mouth, which means turning up when we say we will, giving honest advice and leaving every home as tidy as we found it. If a repair will do, we'll tell you, rather than sell you something you don't need.

Common questions
Do you charge a callout fee?
Not for local customers. If you're in our area (Truro, Falmouth, Penryn, Redruth, St Agnes, Perranporth, Newquay and nearby villages) you only pay for the work itself. Out-of-hours emergency visits are charged at our emergency labour rate, which we'll confirm on the phone before we set off.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies like burst pipes or no heating in winter, we aim to be with you within two hours, day or night. For non-urgent jobs we can usually visit within a few working days.
Do you give fixed prices?
Yes. After a quick visit or a look at some photos, we'll give you a fixed written quote. That's the price you pay, unless you ask us to change or add something.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, all of our engineers who work on gas appliances are Gas Safe registered. Always ask to see the ID card of anyone working on your boiler; we're happy to show ours.
Do you service all boiler brands?
We service and repair all the major makes of gas boiler, including combi, system and regular boilers. If yours is very old and parts are hard to find, we'll tell you honestly what your options are.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Truro and cover mid-Cornwall, including Falmouth, Penryn, Redruth, St Agnes, Perranporth, Newquay and the villages in between. If you're just outside, give us a call; we can often still help.
